E-Bike Tour: Pounta – Antiparos Cave

If Paros is a jewel that adorns the Cyclades, then Antiparos is the diamond that completes it. This ideal destination is full of unique charm, beauty, fun, and relaxation.

We start our adventure in Parikia, cycling 9 km to reach Pounta, where we take a 10-minute ferry ride to Antiparos. As it is still early and the heat is manageable, we head straight to our first stop: the Cave of Antiparos, which is about a 30-minute ride away.

The cave is a true natural wonder and one of Greece’s most beautiful geological monuments. Inside, you can admire impressive stalactites and stalagmites, including one of the oldest stalactites in Europe, estimated to be around 45 million years old. The panoramic view of the Aegean Sea from the entrance and terrace of the cave is simply breathtaking.

After visiting the cave, we cycle to the charming center of Antiparos town for our second stop, lasting about 45 minutes. Here, you can wander through traditional alleys, shop for souvenirs, enjoy a coffee, or even take a refreshing swim before we return by ferry and cycle back to Parikia.
